Barista Courses

Intimate beginner courses with Janie. Minimum two people per session, maximum 3 people per session. 

You will learn:
-Theory, tasting, dialling in.
-Recipe development and trouble shooting.
-Texturing milk and alternative milk.
-Pouring techniques and tips.

The course is 2.5 hours in length with new dates released often. The courses are held Monday's and Tuesdays after cafe operating hours. 

BOOKING POLICY
There are only three tickets available per session but in order to secure a class, there needs to be a minimum of 2 tickets sold. If there aren't enough tickets sold for the session, we contact you to arrange a change of date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Courses are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the course.
If you are late to the course, you will not be able to stay later than the finish time to make up for this. Courses are non-refundable for change of mind or change of plans. you may however, reschedule to another available date if you cannot make the original date. 

SAFETY POLICY
For the safety of everyone in the class, there is a zero-tolerance policy for discriminative or disrespectful behaviour during, before or after the class. If you are asked to leave as a result of such behaviour, you will not receive a refund.
